Formwork supports

We offer different types of props to meet any load-bearing requirement up to 5.50m. height. Given the importance of this product in the construction industry, we provide the 5 classes of adjustable props according to European standards, which allow to reinforce the concrete layer of slabs and ceilings depending on which formwork system is used (timber, formwork, etc.). The props are adjusted with millimetre accuracy up to their maximum length.

The props are manufactured according to the main technical specifications, such as:

 - threaded nut welded to the outer tube, which by winding achieves absolutely precise size and stability of the prop

 - inner tube is perforated every 100 mm for height adjustment

Adjustment with millimetre accuracy via threaded nut

Strongly resistant connecting clamp connecting the outer and inner tubes

Sliding protective cap that covers the thread of the nut.

Lower plate for optimal load distribution for ground and different upper plate (cross head, fork head) as needed;

Quick and convenient disassembly - with one blow with a hammer to automatically fold the support by 5 mm, without damaging the nut.

The permissible load capacities of standard supports for safe operation are calculated with a safety factor, which determines the maximum load.
