What are PVC IZOForm formwork boards?

Our PVC formwork structures are made of homogeneous PVC plastic materials and other

binding substances; Polyvinyl chloride, also known as PVC, is a thermoplastic polymer. It is a vinyl polymer made up of repeating vinyl groups (ethenyls), with one hydrogen replaced by chloride. PVC is widely used in construction because it is cheap, durable, fireproof, recyclable and easy to process.

CaCO3 formwork is more difficult to deform under the scorching sun for a longer time.

They are manufactured with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm for gauge and thickness, and the density is accurate to ±0.02.

The horizontal variation rate when heated is -0.15%, the vertical variation rate is -1.35%, and our diagonal tolerance is less than 3 mm.

Surface hardness is 80-90 Shore D, and others are 60-65Shore D.
