ALUTECK Aluminum Formwork System for Early Striking – Faresin

The ALUTECK system by Faresin is a modern slab formwork solution that combines lightweight components, speed, and high efficiency on site. The system is built with props featuring drop heads and a supporting structure made of aluminum panels, ensuring stability and reliability throughout the entire setup.

All components weigh up to 20 kg, allowing easy manual handling without the need for heavy machinery. This significantly speeds up assembly and dismantling processes while making work easier for the construction crew.

The system operates with aluminum panels faced with Finnish birch plywood, PVC edge strips, drop heads, and Class “B” props. The panels are directly supported by the drop heads, which allow the panels to be removed while the props continue supporting the slab until the concrete reaches the required strength.

The system also allows flexible slab configuration using panel sizes ranging from 1500 × 1125 mm to 1125 × 375 mm. Perimeter areas can be easily formed by using timber infills in combination with specialized elements from Faresin.
