Modular Steel Frame Wall Formwork – Module S100
Formwork System Description
The Module S100 modular formwork system is designed to meet the needs of construction companies doing low-rise and high-rise building construction, as well as infrastructure projects. The wall formwork system is intended for forming vertical concrete structures, while the same panels can also be used for single-sided formwork and curved walls with a radius greater than 4.5 m.
The panels are manufactured from hollow steel profiles 100 mm wide, fitted with high-quality Finnish birch plywood. The plywood provides up to 200 reuse cycles, after which the panel face can be reversed for an additional 200 cycles.
The panels are available in a standard height of 3 m, with 1.5 m extension panels also available. A wide range of panel widths from 25 cm to 100 cm is offered, providing flexibility and convenience during on-site work and formwork planning.
The system includes both fixed and hinged corner elements for forming angles that are not equal 90 . Universal panels are also available for forming columns with cross-sections ranging from 20 × 20 cm up to 85 × 85 cm.
The panels can be assembled both vertically and horizontally using tie rods, wing nuts, connecting clamps, and alignment elements.
Faresin formwork panels withstand concrete pressure up to 80 kN/m², provided the concrete pouring rate does not exceed 1 m/hour.
