"P-LIGHT Formwork is a modular, lightweight, and easy-to-handle solution designed for fast assembly and maximum flexibility in application. The system can be operated manually without the need for lifting equipment, making it ideal for construction sites where no crane or mechanization is available.
Thanks to its features, it is especially suitable for residential and industrial construction projects, where productivity and operational efficiency are essential.
The panel is manufactured from a lightweight hollow steel profile, allowing the system to be handled manually without mechanization. The profile has a width of 100 mm and is fitted with high-quality Finnish birch plywood, providing up to 200 reuse cycles. Afterward, the plywood face can be reversed for an additional 200 cycles.
The panels are available in a standard height of 2.70 m, which is particularly convenient for residential construction and typical floor heights. Extension panels of 1.5 m are also available.
The system offers a wide range of panel widths from 25 cm to 75 cm, ensuring convenience during on-site operations and formwork planning. It also includes both fixed and hinged corner elements, allowing the construction of angles different from 90°.
Universal panels are available for forming columns with cross-sections ranging from 15 × 15 cm up to 60 × 60 cm.
The panels can be assembled both vertically and horizontally using tie rods, wing nuts, connecting clamps, and alignment elements.
Faresin P-LIGHT panels withstand concrete pressure up to 60 kN/m², provided the concrete pouring rate does not exceed 1 m/hour.
