This is a formwork made of EPS and sheets of thermoformed plastic using a patented echnology from Grupo Valero, Spain, for the production of decorative cornices in buildings. This system allows the creation of cornices as part of the same structure of the building, without the need for pre-made anchors, adhesives and especially without the risk of tachment over time or due to atmospheric phenomena, which other solutions lead to. This technology is the only one in the world that includes thermoformed plastics in such castings, thus avoiding bumps, scratches and punctures that usually appear in castings with a lower quality plastic coating. It is available both in a standard model with different lengths and many sizes, and in an individual design to adapt as precisely as possible to the shape of the slab.

The “Step” range, as the name suggests, is specifically designed to create straight line cornices, following the new trends in architecture, in one or more steps.

The “Plus” range is based on the Classic range, but has many artistic details, as well as the so-called “drops” to prevent the formation of stains and damage from water falling on the facade of the building. This is also the difference with other similar products on the market, since only with Valero technology do we have the possibility of this new level of finish.

The “Composite” range optimizes the technology for shapes, design and finish, unique to the market. This is a range for the most demanding customers.
