Custom lightweight formwork

An extremely practical and lightweight system for vertical formwork with 27 mm three-layer formwork panels.

The system can be used for heights up to 5 meters.

The set for vertical wall formwork includes:

27 mm three-layer formwork panels;

hook profiles with lengths of 50 cm, 100 cm, and 150 cm;

spacers ranging from 10 cm to over 120 cm in length, with 5 cm increments;

wedges for tightening the profiles.

For forming right-angle corners, the system offers:

a special corner rail;

corner spacers with lengths from 15 cm to 50 cm, also in 5 cm increments.

For column formwork, the following components are used:

27 mm three-layer formwork panels;

galvanized steel column clamps;

wedges for tightening the metal clamps.

An additional advantage of this system is that it allows work to be carried out without the need for a tower crane or other heavy equipment.

Formwork for round columns with large diameters and extremely light made of a type of plastic material patented by the company VALERO, extremely smooth, 50% lighter than TUBOTEC and completely waterproof.
